TOPIC: Great guitar solo's

Great guitar solo's 2 years ago #127631

Not keen on the song, but I've always loved the guitar solo which seems out of keeping with the rest of the track, starts at 2:35

Love this meandering guitar from Alex Lifeson from the 70's

Dave Gilmour. I've got the live at the Albert hall Dvd - next to Hendrix he's the strat master.

Hendrix, the solo is basically all the way through.

A terrific guy who played live for us in Birmingham. AND he kissed Billy the Xmas pig!

Forgot Lynrd Skynrd Harpo, meandering guitar par excellence.
You've got excellent taste Mr Door.

Love the jangly guitar 'solo' intro to smash it up:

This is a master class from wilko johnson in how to do a short, concise rhythm and blues solo, 1:00 in.
