If it is humanity as a species succeeding and surviving... and we prove to be only as successful as pea-brained dinosaurs, then we should have another several hundred million years available to us.

Then again - they didn't interfere much with the environment they lived in and were probably eliminated by an inability to adapt to sudden changes brought about by external forces.

We have the intelligence - and thereby the ability to adapt - but the rest remains to be seen - since we are also quite good at postponing the closing of the stable door until the horse has fled. We also have more profound problems to face by comparison with dinosaurs which almost certainly never saw their total population double in the incredibly short period of 40 years.

Then of course it will 'succeed', how can it fail when there's no particular purpose to fail at.

what is humanity? the mere existence of human beings? or human culture?

either way both will continue, i'm sure, for many more millenia, but will change and adapt and evolve. mores the pity really. no-one can fuck up a planet like a human.
