We're all a lot less anonymous nowadays. At any moment, our pictures (tagging)or video recordings of us could be posted online for most of the world to see without our consent. Numerous companies track our internet surfing habits. Current and potential employers snoop online to find info on us from Facebook pages and any other public info that's floating around on the internet. If you're a discrete person who wishes to not be known around the world, you really have little choice but to surrender parts of yourself to the world.

That's the truth, Torst. Not to mention all the people who have no training in ethics and have taken courses in remote viewing/influence. Hence, when I joined facebook only to see my daughter's pics, for my profile I wrote "Alive and well and doing nothing" and have not been back there since.

A certain pub I visit has linked its electronic beer board (which is how you choose your ale) to Twitter, so that when they put a new beer on, this is tweeted. If you're 'following' their account (I don't) you know what's on / off every day.

Automated tweets... I might hook it up to my fridge. 'Potatoes on shelf 2'.

Or an automated bulletin board twitter thing that keeps an up to the moment shopping list going, with a pocket sized attachment that can be carried in the pocket when at stores.
